Soft Washing in Rancho Cordova, CA

A lot of Rancho Cordova is mid-century, and mid-century housing has a particular exterior-cleaning profile. Long low rooflines with deep overhangs, wide eaves, a mix of painted wood siding and stucco, and original finishes that have been in service for decades.
