Soft Washing in Rocklin, CA

Rocklin splits cleanly into two kinds of exterior. Whitney Ranch and the newer master-planned tracts are stucco and painted trim on homes young enough that the finish is still in good shape — and worth protecting. The older streets near the quarry and downtown Rocklin have more varied siding, more sun exposure on the west faces, and finishes that have already given a decade or two of service. Soft washing suits both, because it cleans with detergent and low pressure rather than the high-PSI jet that shortens the life of any painted surface it touches.

In the newer neighborhoods the driver is almost always irrigation and shade.
